Went to Elk Grove Village Farmers Market and got my corn!!!!!!!!!

A wonderful person helped me carry my 1-1/2 dozen ears to my car. The person I spoke to indicated that those cutting corn off the cob had to blanch first. I did not blanch last year nor did I this year. Thank you for your wonderful corn. Haven't had this taste since I grew up in Northern New York (Watertown).
